FITNESS CONSULTATION
Fitness consultations are a great tool for trainers to get to know all about their client's health history, lifestyle, fitness experience, and eating habits.
We will also focus in on GOAL SETTING. Many people start exercise programs without a focus and lose their way never achieiving anything. By setting your goals, we will increase the chances of you reaching your goals and sticking to your exercise program.
With all this information, I am able to develop a fitness program and make nutritional and lifestyle recommendations that will help you achieve all your health and fitness goals!
PERSONAL TRAINING
Working one-on-one with a certified personal training is beneficial in many ways.
A Personal Trainer will:

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING
Diet and Exercise go hand and hand. For one to be successful at weight lose and to have a reduction in body fat, one's diet must be taken into consideration. Personal trainers are not dieticians so we cannot prescribe dietary changes. What I encourage all my clients to do is keep a food journal. This journal is used as a tool for me to make dietary reccomendations.
Its amazing the responses I get from clients once they have been keeping track of everything they consume in a week. Once we go over their jounals, they know exactly where they need to make improvments to their diet.
I encourage healthy eating. I will provide my clients with resources and recipes to help keep them focused and on the healthy eating path.
LIFESTYLE COACHING
Life is all about balance. Unfortunatley, their will be times when things will fall out of balance. As a result, we tend to lose focus of our goals and what is important in our lives.
Working with a trainer will help you figure out what is causing the imbalance and work with you to overcome these obstacles and get your life back on track.
